1. ssh-server
   enable remote ssh tunnel
   linux Ubuntu 14.01 LTS 64bit
   i used virtualbox vmware.


3. android Phone
   ssh-client connect to ssh-server and remote forwarding.
   3g or wifi all ok.


Setting.
1. Android Phone - wifi debugging enable special port
   connect usb to Mypc.
   open cmd
   goto android sdk tool directory (ex: cd android\sdk\platform-tools )
   Enable special Port : adb tcpip 6555
   Restore usb debugging mode : adb
